"I am just blown away by what I learned."
Hey everybody. I’m Valerie Worthington and I’m an instructor at New Breed MMA in Sante Fe Springs, California, and I attended the MMA Millionaire Marketing Seminar in Washington, D.C., that was run by Lloyd Irvin this past weekend. And I had an amazing experience and I just wanted to share a little bit about it. When I went into the seminar, I felt like I was just an absolute beginner, a white belt, in marketing and business. I knew nothing about it. I really hadn’t focused on that aspect of things and then when I came out the seminar, guess what? I was still a white belt, but now I was a white belt who understood the value of what I was learning. I got kind of a roadmap for helping me understand the best ways to maximize my business potential and I feel like it’s really the next step in my Jiu-Jitsu and my grappling and my martial arts education. I want to build on the things that I’ve learned and I want to become a better practitioner. I want to become someone who’s able to bring what I love to more people, more effectively, and I really feel like that Master Lloyd showed is going to help me do that. The other thing that I liked a lot about this is that the information is going to help the people who went to these seminars thrive in their businesses, but the other thing that it does is help us show people, the rest of the people in the world, that those of us who’ve chosen to dedicate our lives to martial arts; we could have done anything and in some cases some of us did do other things. But we decided that we love the martial arts because of what it does for us and also because of what it enables us to do for other people. And so, I feel like the seminar gave us the tools that we can use to kind of convey that information more effectively to people who might not know very much about the martial arts. I am just blown away by what I learned. The people that I went with, we were stuck in the airport in Atlanta for two days after the seminar was over and we got a little bit smelly and a little bit tired and a little bit delirious, but we spent most of the time talking about what we learned, and then when we got home we hit the ground running. Hello, my name is Greg Nelson. I run the academy here in Minnesota. We’ve had this academy open since November of 1992 and originally it was just fighters, fighters, fighters, fighters. So over time, we said, hey, we’re not making any money. So we started to tread water and went through a lot of different things, going through different marketing programs and this and that, and we struggled and we’ve raised the bar up a little bit and we struggled, raised the bar up, but our whole thing was how do we maintain integrity of our fighting ox that we do? How do we maintain the integrity of the quality of our program, but at the same time get a lot of students, and not only just a lot of students that are athletes, but start to change people’s lives and we really were at kind of a crossroads. How do we do that? Well, this past weekend, we went to Lloyd Irvin’s MMA Blueprint, you know, from his MMA Millionaires program and it was unbelievable. All I can say is I got so much information and it was relevant to what we were doing, 100% relative, and so to me at first I was always a little skeptical. How does he do this? I was a little, you know, always irritated about his ads, but you know what? Bottom line is it worked and he’s still producing great fighters and he’s still producing a phenomenal Jiu-Jitsu team so something’s going right and what’s our goal as martial artists? To touch people’s lives, to change their lives, to improve the quality of their life. All right, not just to teach them fighting. What if they want to come in for these other things? Hey everybody, this is Jeremy Whorton out of Lone Wolf Mixed Martial Arts out of St. Joseph and Kansas City, Missouri. Just got back from Lloyd Irvin’s MMA Millionaires Blueprint event that he had in D.C. this last weekend, and I got to tell you, man, it was off the hook. It was crazy. It literally changed my life. It changed the way I think. It changed the way I teach. It changed the way I run my business. We went over everything. Anything that you could imagine that’s involved with an MMA business and everything that you can’t imagine. There was stuff that I didn’t even know existed, you know, before the seminar. So if you ever get a chance to do this, you’ve got to get hooked up with Master Lloyd. He will give you the keys to the candy store because if you’re like me, like I’m a MMA coach. I’m a MMA competitor and I would spend crazy amounts of money that I didn’t have on the information. Like if Randy Couture’s putting out a video or Frank Shamrock or anybody like that, anybody who was a champion that I knew they had a secret that I didn’t have, I would pay. I’ve dropped $400 or $500 on videos. And I might learn one or two things off of those and I was happy. I wouldn’t complain. I’d be like, you know, I wouldn’t say I just learned one or two things, it wasn’t worth it. I’d be ecstatic because I was adding to my teaching, to my school, to my students. Same thing with buying equipment. I bought equipment, you know, and I didn’t have the money to buy the stuff that I was buying, but I’d buy it anyway because I wanted my students to have the best. You need to start thinking that way when it comes to your business. You’ve got to invest in this information because if you don’t have this information, you’re not running your business to best of your abilities, and you’re not giving all you can give to your students. You’re not giving all you can give your family. So you have to do this. You have to change your mind frame if that’s the way you’re thinking because there were guys who I looked up to, who I bought their videos even before I started my school, and I would hang on every word because they taught the way I wanted to teach. They had a philosophy that I wanted to have. They produced successful fighters and when I went to this event, they were right there by me. They were in my shoes. They, you know, had the same problems that I had. They weren’t successful as they wanted to be or as they should have been and I was like, wow, you know. And that’s what I’m trying to tell you. This event’s for everybody, you know. If you run a small school. If you have a big school, you know. If you’re not as successful as you want to be, you need to get this information, you know, because it’s not going to mean anything or it shouldn’t mean anything to you if you tell somebody, hey, I’ve produced an Abu Dhabi champion if you’re telling this person as they’re going through a check-out at the place you’re working at and for all you people who are saying, oh, I’ll do it later after I get, you know, 20 or 30 more students, I’ll have the extra money to invest in stuff like that. You know, you might as well forget it because you’re never going to get there. I mean, that’s just like someone saying, oh, my goal is to win NAGA, you know, and I could be training at this high elite school, you know, and with all these awesome competitors, but instead I’m going to train at this lower ranked school with these guys that aren’t very good, you know, and whenever I win NAGA, then I’m going to go to this high-level school, you know, because I’ll be getting up… That’s stupid. Who would think of something like that? You know, that’s impossible. He’s never going to win NAGA because he’s with these losers down here. You know, instead of training with the winners and those winners are going to pay a lot more money to go to this event. I would have paid thousands of dollars just for what I learned out in the hallways, in the elevators, and eating lunch with people because I mean the information just didn’t stop. I mean, all of us were sleep deprived because we were going all day, you know. All of our breaks and our lunch were spent out in the hallway still asking Lloyd Irvin and his staff more questions and they were giving it to us. Every session was going long. You know, we were skipping lunches and breaks because they had so much information to give us they couldn’t spit it out fast enough and we couldn’t receive it fast enough. I’m benefitting from this already. Not only that, but my wife owns a dance studio in-house, and so it’s like I can transfer all this stuff over to her, so I’m making, you know, with that and my other school, I’m making triple. I’m using this stuff in, you know, in threefold. So I want to make a whole bunch of money off all this information. This was a dream come true for me. I wrote Lloyd Irvin three, four years ago begging him to do something like this, come out with a video, have a seminar, and I was saving up because I knew if he did I was going to pay whatever it took to go. And finally, he’s done this and I’ve learned more than I ever could imagine that I learned. It wasn’t some fake, you know, thing. You know, where it was just a bunch of inspirational stuff. It gave you tools. He gave you a massive amount of tools that you can just implement right away from every aspect that you can imagine from your gym and like I said, some that you can’t imagine. So do this, man. If you don’t have the money, get a loan. Sell your house. Sell your kids because afterwards, when this is all over with, you’re going to be able to pay off that loan. You’re going to be able to buy a better house. You’ll probably be able to buy better kids. You know, who knows, markets good right now. So, you know, do this, invest in yourself. You know, you can only get successful if you’re hanging out with successful people and this is where all the successful people are at. Trust me. There were UFC fighters there, Abu Dhabi champions, tough fighters, anything you can imagine. Every level was there because they want to be successful at business and they want to make money for the rest of their lives, and so if that’s what you want, invest in this. This is Stewart Hamby I’m here today to talk to you about Master Lloyd Irvin’s Mixed Martial Art’s Millionaire 4 Day Event that he just had last week. First of all, I shouldn’t even be talking to any of you about this because you should’ve been there if you’re a Martial Arts school owner and instructor, because it basically turned my life, and tons of other school owners’ lives around. First of all, if you say that it was too expensive or you couldn’t afford to go, you’re nuts! If you couldn’t afford it, then basically…..Oh man! I borrowed money to go, I saved, I scraped, and for people to say that they couldn’t afford to go, you’re just crazy because you couldn’t afford not to go! Honestly! I took over sixty pages worth of notes, okay? In four days, over sixty pages! We got so much valuable information that it just overloaded me, but I’m coming back, I’m implementing it all, just some things that he gave us! I learned it all in the first four hours of the event, and this doesn’t even include the rest of the four days, just the first four hours of the first day! And I mean the first day! Four hours! You know what that means? I learned enough in the first four hours that I could come back to my school and change everything around! And I mean everything, and make ten to twenty times more than what I’m making now. For people to say that it was too expensive, again, I could almost speak for almost everybody in that room that paid for that event that what he charged, I would easily, and I mean easily, pay ten times that, EASILY pay ten times that for that information! If you couldn’t afford to go, then you couldn’t afford not to go. That’s basically the gist of it. If he has another event, you’d better scrape, save, I don’t care what you’ve got to do, take your own food, I took my own food, we ate in a hotel or I was eating at McDonalds every day. And I put on a few pounds, but at least I was there! Now I’m back here at my school, well I’m not in my school right now, but I’m back here and we’re doing big things! I’m making enough money! It’s only been like, five days or something, and I have already made enough money to pay back almost everything that I spent for that trip. Everything! That’s how much it helped. It’s a simple investment! I wasn’t paying for anything, I was investing in myself and into my business. And if you’re not man enough, or woman enough, to invest in your business and try to make it successful, than you can stay where you are and be broke. It doesn’t matter to me, I’m just going to take your students and get more successful, or some of the other school owners are going to eventually take your students once you close down. So by you not investing in yourself, you’re crazy! All of us that did invest in ourselves, we’re going to make it because we are implementers and we’re going to do what we have to just to survive, because you didn’t go, you’re slacking. So if he has another event, you’d better get on it quick, and get there, and I better see you there, because I know I’m going to be there. It doesn’t matter if I’ll have to scrape and save, but I know I won’t have to do that now because I went to the first two events. I went back August 20th, and I went to the January event for four days. So I learned enough and I’m making plenty of money right now, but he keeps showing me more and more ways to make even more money. So why would I not keep going? I’m trying to become a success story and a successful school owner of Master Lloyd’s and it’s basically just crazy that you’ve not invested in yourself. So if he has another event, I’d better see you there, or you can just stay where you are and be broke. And it’s something that in the beginning I was debating whether I should attend or not, because there was a time commitment and a financial commitment, and all I can say is that I am so absolutely thrilled that I did. In August, he had his first workshop. I missed it. I couldn’t sleep for a week. So I saved my money, paid my investment, came up here, and I haven’t slept for a week. I learned so much stuff my brain is just like full of so much information and here’s the thing. I’ve started implementing some of the first things that we learned the first hour. So guys, this is John David Shackelford from Olive Branch, Mississippi. I run a gym called the Fight Clinic and I just got back from Lloyd Irvin’s MMA Millionaire seminar that he held January 6th through the 9th. Man, I went to the seminar; it was four days, jam-packed full of information. I had went to the seminar before, was stoked about what I had learned from that, came back to this one, sat through the four days, gathered almost crazy amounts of information from every day that I was in there. Well, if I had to go do it all over again and stay at that airport for six days and not shower and not sleep and not eat and whatever else and pay 10 times as much if I had the money in the account to pay 10 times as much as I paid for that seminar, I would. I would gladly pay it over, you know. It was worth 10 times, I mean worth hundreds of times what the price was you know. My name is Jason Froehlich I have a school in California, Folson[ Martial Arts Center, and I just got back from Lloyd Irvin’s four day MMA Millionaire’s Event, and it’s changed my life so much. I don’t even know how to express my thank you to Master Lloyd for the event that he put on. It was the very first event of it’s kind for Nick’s Martial Arts Schools, and it’s changed my whole outlook on how I see myself, see my school, because before going to the event, honestly, I was working another job. I mean it’s all here, it’s all there that I had, but trying to organize it all and trying to really invent the wheel, it just became tiresome after a while. I was tired all the time, on the weekends I only had Sunday off, I wouldn’t do anything because I basically just wanted to sleep on the couch because it’s the only time I get to sleep. And it’s not good, it’s not fun. I’m sure I’m not the only school owner out there that’s struggling. There’s a lot of us out there, and I didn’t have anybody else to fall back on. My instructor is a fantastic instructor, but we didn’t have the business skills, we didn’t have that model to be able to show me how to get to the next level. I was in Washington DC at the MMA Millionaires. It was just amazing. I went there with an open mind obviously, and ready to learn. I received all of this information, all about how to grow your school. I cannot wait to implement it. We just got home yesterday. We are already making plans for the future and, let me put it this way, whether you like Lloyd Irvin, or not, whether you agree with what he does online or the way he markets, whether you like him, or not, he is killing it right now. And, he is teaching us how to kill it in the industry. He is the only one, right now, doing this. You do not see Tiger *Shulman* going around and doing things. This is for MMA schools, and really, for any business, if you apply these principles that he teaches. I was blown away, it is life-changing.
